Make sure before, during and after any hormone changes you get your hands on Evening Primrose oil. In between those times, flax seed oil is also good to take as a secondary, balancer. I usually add it into my salad dressing or smoothie. I will post links to all of these products, down below.
Get stocked up on your minerals, one easy way is to take spirulina. It comes from the ocean and is full of them. Basically its one of natures natural detoxifiers and it also helps balance the hormones as well. Another great mineral to calm the senses, is Magnesium. Make sure you take your minerals on an empty stomach in the morning. Prefrebly with a banana. Trust me on this one. I won't go into detail about it, it's just easier on the digestive system when you do.
During the transition from season to season, especially going into winter. Your body needs something called Adaptogens, they help ease the process that causes your body to sometimes endure stress. Some of these are, Ginko Biloba, Ginsing, Eluthero, Ashtwaganda and Rhodiola Rosea.
